Jim has been managing investments for over thirty years. Prior to founding Palisade, he managed equity separate accounts and mutual funds at Voyageur Asset Management. As an owner of Voyageur, Jim held various positions including Chief Investment Officer for Equity Investments, Executive Vice President and Director. Prior to his tenure at Voyageur, Jim was the founder and President of King Management Company, an investment firm in both marketable securities and mid-western farmland. His company was acquired by Allied Insurance Company and subsequently combined with Voyageur in the early 90's. Jim started his career in the Trust Department of Central National Bank of Des Moines, Iowa and culminated his banking career as Chief Investment Officer.

He is past president of the Financial Analysts Society of Iowa and a Drake University lecturer. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Parsons College. Jim is the father of two sons and two daughters. He and his wife Madonna live in Minneapolis.

Paul was one of the first Twin City investment managers to adopt a comprehensive Financial Planning approach to his investment management practice. Preceding his founding of Palisade, Paul managed investments at his financial planning firm of Felten & Kenworthy. Previously, Paul was the founder and chairman of Source Advisors, Inc., an outgrowth of a personal financial planning/investment practice that he started in 1975.

Paul is an active private equity investor and serves on several local boards, charitable and industry organizations. He was president of the Twin Cities chapter of the International Association of Financial Planners and has held the Certified Financial Planner designation since 1975. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Business from Creighton University. Paul is the father of three sons and lives in Minneapolis.

Prior to joining Palisade, Peter held the position of Director of Business Development for Crosswater Financial Corporation, a multi-family office in Wayzata, MN. For over ten years, Peter was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch in the Twin Cities, managing a successful team of Financial Advisors. Prior to his career in financial services, he held both National Sales Management and Marketing Director positions in the Sporting Goods industry for Mizuno Sports USA, McGregor Swimwear and Hind Performance. Peter holds the designation of Certified Investment Manager Analyst (CIMAŽ).

Peter holds an M.S. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley. He swam competitively, making two Olympic teams and winning two Silver Medals at the 1976 Montreal Olympics. He also captained both the 1980 Olympic Men's team and the UC Berkeley NCAA Championship Swim Team in 1979. He is active in his community coaching his children's sports teams and participates in Masters Swimming. He and his wife Jeanne have three children and live in Plymouth.

Before joining Palisade, Dennis spent nine years at U.S. Trust, as senior portfolio manager for individual trusts and tax-exempt portfolios. Prior to U. S. Trust, Dennis managed fixed income and balanced mutual funds at Fortis Advisers, where assets grew substantially under his guidance. His first thirteen years were at First Trust of St. Paul, (Now First Asset Management) managing individual trusts, and building a fixed-income department.

Dennis holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University, Evanston IL in Finance and Marketing, and a B.S. from Valparaiso University , Valparaiso, IN in both Finance and Economics.

Dennis and his wife Sharon make their home in Arden Hills. Dennis spends his spare time reading and biking.

Jennifer has been in the investment operations and technology industry for over twenty years. From 1990 until 2001, Jennifer served many roles with Windsor Financial Group including fixed-income trader and manager of operations and technology. Earlier, she was with Washington Square Capital and Cytrol, Inc. Jennifer and her husband Jim have two children and live in Edina.

Susan has worked in finance and accounting for over fourteen years, specializing in investment management. Previously, she was controller of Voyageur Asset Management and she worked at Price Waterhouse in Boston. Susan and her husband Ron have two children and live in St. Paul.
