On August 13–14, Palisade professionals attended the CFA Society Minnesota annual Intellisight investor conference in Minneapolis. Intellisight is the largest open-access (non-broker based) investor conference in the country where institutional investors meet with company leadership teams.
The first day of the conference focused on professional education sessions in the areas of ESG impact investing, municipal bonds, and the digital future of technology in financial services.
Day two featured presentations from over forty local, national, and global companies representing publicly traded entities. Palisade managers attended presentations that included General Mills, HB Fuller, Xcel Energy, BioTechne, and Fastenal. “Companies talked about the strength of their core businesses,” said Client Relationship Manager Kyle Foster. “They stressed that they are mostly sticking to core businesses today in light of the economic and political outlook.”
