Tom Welch has rejoined the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities, and will also serve on the Finance Committee. He previously served on the board from 2000 to 2007. Tom believes that providing positive growth experiences through mentoring help youth succeed later in life.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities has been making mentoring matches for children since 1920. The organization is the largest youth mentoring agency in Minnesota matching over 2,000 children and volunteer mentors annually.
Tom’s board service furthers Palisade’s employee commitment to supporting the local community and nonprofit organizations. Palisade’s principals have continually served on boards of directors and supported nonprofit fundraising events.
